Our client is actively looking to recruit a Senior Cost Manager to work out of their Milton Keynes office.
The role will be to provide pre and post contract services in most sectors including health, education, PFI and fund monitoring.
Candidates must have one or more of the following areas: PFI, healthcare and education, fund monitoring. M&E experience would also be an advantage. Candidates must have a proactive and flexible attitude and possess excellent IT literacy.
Must be degree qualified, with membership of the RICS, or working towards membership.
